Install on iPhone or iPad
Use Safari to access the Add to Home Screen option.
- Open GOFSCO IT Helpdesk in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add, then open the app from the new icon.
On Apple devices, open the app from its Home Screen icon to enable web notifications.
Install on Android devices
Google Chrome is recommended.
- Open the website in Google Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top.
- Select Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm the installation, then open the app from its new icon.
When notification permission is requested, select Allow to receive request and chat updates.
Install on desktop
Available on Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Open the website in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Click the Install icon in the address bar.
- If the icon is not visible, open the browser menu and select Install GOFSCO Helpdesk.
- Click Install, then pin the app to the taskbar if needed.
Allow notifications in the browser when prompted, and do not use private browsing mode.
